These are measured on the actual geometry, not estimates. A recessed stroke narrower than 0.8 mm closes up on a 0.4 mm nozzle, so anything below that is thickened automatically or refused.

How to personalize it

One face carries a logo - the built-in one or a PNG/JPG you upload - with an optional serial number underneath. The other face carries exactly one of a name, a serial number or a logo. You get a live 3D preview, then a Bambu Studio 3MF (print profile and paint-on supports kept) and a plain STL. Batch mode numbers a run of them consecutively and returns one zip. No sign-up, and files are deleted after 7 days.

Printing it

Designed by 4Brains with parametric code, so it prints flat with no supports. Tested on a Bambu Lab H2S with a 0.4 mm nozzle at 0.12 mm layers in PLA on a textured PEI plate. The default 1.2 mm engraving is ten layers deep, which is also enough to fill with a second color at a filament swap - see how deep an engraving should be and the smallest text a 0.4 mm nozzle can print.
